How goes your meditation practice?

I too have finally worn down my resistance to a practice of meditation. My ego too wishes to be uplifted, just not too quickly. ;-> I am beginning to learn Kriya Yoga Meditation and practice weekly at the Canadian Meditation Institute here in Calgary, http://canadianmeditation.org. I am looking forward to practicing with a Realized Master - Swami Shree Yogi Satyam this August 12-18, 2007 when he visits Calgary. I am learning that truth is in the experience, not in the description.

I met Zale Zeviar and experienced an evening session with him at The Initiate School in Calgary in the spring of 2005. I have no doubt he has much knowledge to share and does speak the wisdom of the ancients, as do many in our times. I did not feel a fit for me. Yet I know all paths followed with sincere practice, although different, lead to the summit of enlightenment, eventually. DJ this school has been the most profound experience on my journey so far, even after PB, Peak Potentials and Warrior Sage, I think it would be a really good fit for those seeking further depth and growth and enlightenment.
