I find Wikipedia a great first reference resource. Like anything I read on the web I take the information with a grain of salt and consider the reliability and the authority of the writer. Don’t believe everything you read. If something does not sit right with your gut, do more research.

This is so cool. Wikipedia, to quote Wikipedia, “is a multilingual Web-based free-content encyclopedia. It exists as a wiki, a type of website that allows anyone visiting the site to add or remove or otherwise to edit all content, very quickly and easily, sometimes without the need for registration”. Wikipedia is just one of many projects running under the auspices of the Wikimendia Foundation whose goal it is, again quoting Wikipedia, “to develop and maintain open content, wiki-based projects and to provide the full contents of those projects to the public free of charge.”
